We produce replicas of garments by studying old photographs and using currently available materials, notions, beads, and a host of anything else we can put our hands on. Our aim is to make garments as close to the original as possible. Every dress is hand sewn. Where there is nothing available that matches the original, such as jewelry, belts, ornaments, and the like, we have used things that resemble the original. The overall objective has been not to produce exact replicas, but to create close interpretations that depict the original. All clothes are hand-sewed, and are removable. Nothing is glued to the Doll. No two are alike.
